Things You'll Need:
- 12 chicken legs or thighs
- 1 bottle of Jack Daniels BBQ sauce
- Tony's seasoning
-
Step 1
First of all you want to make sure that the chicken is thawed out. Peel skin off completely and rinse in cold water. Put all of the chicken in large pot of water. Add Tony’s seasoning to taste and bring to a rapid boil. It takes about 10 minutes to cook through. When the chicken begins to separate from the bone, it is cooked all the way. Remove from fire.
-
Step 2
Spray frying pan with oil spray or use a little oil just so the chicken won’t stick. You don’t have to use much at all. Place chicken in pan. Remember that the chicken is already cooked, so now you will just add the flavor. Once the chicken is spread out, add the Jack Daniel’s BBQ sauce over all the chicken and spread it evenly.
Cover and allow it to slow simmer for about 10 minutes. Be sure to turn the chicken over so that they are coated with the sauce. You may even want to add more Tony’s for extra spice before you add the BBQ sauce. -
Step 3
Good served with mashed potatoes, salad and homemade biscuits.
