Instructions

    • 1

Fill an eight-ounce glass with your favorite juice, water or smoothie. Apple juice seems to work most effectively since the sweetness helps to mask the flavor of the chlorella powder.

    • 2

Add one-half of a teaspoon of chlorella powder, or the amount directed on the bottle of your particular brand, and stir until well-blended. The chlorella powder does not always dissolve completely and may leave a powdery substance floating at the top.

    • 3

Drink the entire eight ounces of chlorella powder and juice. You may want to drink this mixture along with a meal or snack, as many people believe that the chlorella powder doesn't have a desirable taste.

Tips & Warnings

  • Drink the chlorella powder mixture once per day.

  • Discontinue taking the chlorella powder if stomach upset occurs.
