How to Customize Free Ecards
Ecards are virtual greeting cards that you can send to family and friends via email. You can send an ecard to celebrate nearly any occasion, and many sites allow you to customize the card by selecting a picture, changing the music, or adding your own greeting.

Select a site that will let you create a free custom ecard. 123Greetings.com, MyPunchbowl.com and Things-To-Say.com are all sites that will let you customize a card in different ways for free.

Select the appropriate occasion for your card, if prompted.

Add a photo to your custom ecard. Click the "Browse" button to select an image from your computer, or paste the URL of the picture into the appropriate box.

Select music to go with your card if the site has that as an option. You may be limited to the selection of music that the site offers. If you are allowed to upload your own music, click "Browse" and select the sound file that you want to use from your computer.

Select a background for your card. You can typically choose from a plain colored background or a themed background image.

Enter the text that you want displayed on the card. Select the font size, face and color from the options presented by the site that you are using.

Enter the recipient's contact information, and enter your information to identify yourself as the sender. Click "Send" to send the card.
