Stock your kitchen with the following items: grapefruit juice or grapefruits, eggs, meat (any kind), leafy greens, skim milk, coffee, tomato juice and carrots.

For breakfast eat 1/2 grapefruit or 4 ounces of unsweetened grapefruit juice, black coffee, two slices of bacon, and two eggs prepared any way you like.

For lunch eat 1/2 grapefruit or 4 ounces of unsweetened grapefruit juice, meat, in any amount or style that you like, and a green salad with your choice of dressing.

For dinner eat 1/2 grapefruit or 4 ounces of unsweetened grapefruit juice, meat, in any size portion, and carrots in whatever style and amount you prefer.
