Step 1
Browse to the folder on your computer that contains the file that you would like to restore. Right-click on the name of the file and choose "Copy" from the menu that comes up.

Paste the file into a different folder or onto your desktop. Right-click anywhere in the folder or on the desktop and choose "Paste" to store a copy of the file into the folder or on the desktop.

Return to the folder that contains the original file and right-click on the name of the file again. Choose "Properties" from the menu and the "Properties" dialog box will appear on the screen.

Step 4
Go to the "Previous Versions" tab and there will be a list of all of the previous versions of the file. Click on the previous version of the file that you would like to restore and click the "Restore" button.

Step 5
Click "Yes" on the warning message regarding the files restoration. This will continue restoring the earlier version of the file.
