How to Give Kaopectate to Horses
When a horse develops diarrhea, it can be an extremely unpleasant experience for both horse and owner. Kaopectate is an effective way to end horse diarrhea and restore the horse's digestive system to its normal functioning.

Fill a catheter-tip irrigation syringe with 60 cubic centimeters of Kaopectate.

Open the horse's mouth and inject the Kaopectate directly into the mouth. Try to spray as much of it as possible onto the back of the horse's tongue.

Grasp the horse's jaw and elevate its head.

Keep the horse's head elevated until it swallows the Kaopectate.

Repeat this two times a day for up to three days.
