How to Crochet a Box Stitch Scarf
Handmade scarves make wonderful presents. They are inexpensive and fun to make and impart a personal touch that cannot be found with a store-bought gift. You can easily and quickly crochet a scarf from scrap yarn or you can go to the yarn store to find just the perfect yarn for your next project.
If you have a basic understanding of crochet terms and crochet stitches, you can easily crochet a box stitch scarf for yourself or to give as a gift. The box stitch (also called the crazy stitch) dates back to the 1800s but remains a popular stitch today.
