Make corsages for your wedding to honor and celebrate important women in your life, such as your and your fiance's mothers and grandmothers. Use silk flowers so you can make the corsages as far in advance as you want—and because they'll last forever. Preparing the corsages with silk flowers also allows you to easily change or adjust them if necessary. Silk flower corsages can act as treasured keepsakes to remind your loved ones of your special day.

Arrange the flowers on top of a large leaf (or leaves), such as a rose corsage leaf, in the way you want them to look. Typically, the largest flower should be on the bottom with two smaller flowers on either side, like a lopsided triangle (one slightly above the other).

Gather the stems of the three flowers together, in the same way you laid them out, and hold the stems together.

Cut the stems until you only have about two or three inches left.

Wrap the stems together with floral tape, keeping the flowers in the shape you desire. Start at the top of the stems, where they come together, and tape them by winding the tape around in a slightly downward fashion. Cover the bottom edges of the stems and wrap back up to the top. Cut the tape.

Place the leaf (or leaves) and greenery, such as silk baby's breath, under the flowers. Wrap the leaf stem together with the flower stems. Add a couple of drops of hot glue to secure the top flowers to the leaves if you desire.

Add any embellishments, such as pearl pins or other decoration. Secure the embellishments to the corsage with floral tape or hot glue.

Tie a ribbon around the bottom of the corsage, under the bottom flower, for decoration. The ribbon can be a big bow or a simple knot with short tails—or any other way you want.
