Instructions

    • 1

Take scissors and cut a hole in the middle of one side of the sports bra. The hole should be just large enough to fit the back end of the breast pump shield through.

    • 2

Cut a second hole in the middle part of the other side of the sports bra.

    • 3

Push the backside of the breast pump shields through the inside of the holes in the sports bra. The part of the pump shields that your breast goes into should be on the inside of the sports bra.

    • 4

Attach the breast pump tubing to the breast pump shields and begin pumping.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you are handy at sewing, you can reinforce the holes in the sports bra with more material.

  • Do not cut the holes too large. You'll want a snug fit.
