The place you probably spend the most of your day is the workplace. Here are some suggestions to have a better day than yesterday in the workplace.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    GET A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP

Sleep 7-8 hours. You do not want to go to work with a grumpy attitude because you did not get enough sleep and woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Going to bed early can let you get up early so you can have the energy for the morning and also be on time.

  2. Step 2

    START YOUR MORNINGS OFF RIGHT

Your day depends on how you start your mornings. Do some warm up exercises for 5-10 minutes if your mornings are busy or if you have the time walk around the block. Eat a healthy breakfast, have a power smoothie or some eggs. Play some relaxing, inspirational music on the way to work.

  3. Step 3

    DO EXCELLENT WORK

Focus on doing excellent work, whether it is waiting on tables, flipping burgers, working on a garage or in an office. Complete your tasks. But do not work long hours that may keep you away from your family or strenuous on your body.

  4. Step 4

    HAVE A GREAT ATTITUDE

Have a positive attitude and outlook, even when tough situations may come up and the work load just rises. Do not let work, coworkers, customers or little things make you easily angered, easily offended or easily frustated. Be calm and Keep your peace. Smile, be polite and be professional.

  5. Step 5

    HAVE SMALL BREAKS

Don't stay at your desk or area for hours and hours without taking a break. Go for a walk, drive or find a spot to be away from the office for a few minutes.
