Wondering how to get rid of fire ants? Here's some of my relatives' method for how to get rid of fire ants. It's cheap, easy, natural and pretty quick.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Find and count the number of fire ant hills you want to eliminate. This method of how to get rid of fire ants is so inexpensive and easy, you’ll want to do as many hills at once as you can.

  2. Step 2

    Measure one cup of baking soda per ant hill. For example, if you want to get rid of fire ants that are thriving in five separate ant hills, measure five cups of baking soda.

  3. Step 3

    Pour the soda onto the ant hill. Take the baking soda and a measuring cup with you, then pour one cup of the powder onto each fire ant hill. This will usually get rid of fire ants in two or three days, with the number of fire ants diminishing over time.
