      Find a set of dip bars and position yourself on them with your ankles crossed. With your knees bent, lower your torso down to the point where your chest touches the dip bar. Return to your starting position. Repeat this exercise until you can't do it anymore.

      Perform Pec Deck butterflies by squeezing your forearms and elbows together on the Pec Deck machine. Do this until you are virtually touching them together at the peak of the movement. Be sure to squeeze your pecs/chest at the peak of the movement for one count. Return to the start position and repeat until you can't do it anymore.

      Place your hands on the floor about shoulder width apart. Keep your knees and back straight and parallel to the floor. Slowly lower your body to the point where you can touch your nose to the floor then return to your starting position. Repeat.

Tips & Warnings

  • Do not overwork yourself; if you have reached your limit, stop. This is a gradual process; if you do not see immediate results, do not get discouraged.
