How to Connect an X Rocker to a PS2

The Sony PlayStation 2 helps immerse yourself into an artificial world on the television screen. However, the sound often feels distant because it typically only comes from the small speakers on the television set. However, if you want to surround yourself with the sound and music of the video game, you can connect an X-Rocker to the PlayStation. The X-Rocker is a rockable chair with speakers on either side of the head rest and a subwoofer built directly into the seat.

Instructions

    • 1

Unplug the red and white cables of the Sony PlayStation 2's RCA cable adapter from the television.

    • 2

Plug in the female end of your RCA audio cable extensions into the red and white cables of the PlayStation's RCA adapter. The male end of the RCA cable has a protruding point that is used to plug into a port. The female end of an RCA cable is typically found on electronic devices and has the male end plug into it.

Plug the male ends of the RCA audio cable extensions into the audio "In" ports of the X-Rocker. Find these on the bottom right side corner of the chair.

    • 4

Adjust the volume of the speakers via the audio nob. This is next to the audio "In" port on the rocking chair.
