How to Put Music on MySpace Pictures

MySpace is one of the most popular social networking sites. One way to make yours stand out is to add music to your pictures page.

Instructions

1. Choose a song to add to your pictures page. The best place to obtain songs legally is directly from the artist's website. Many artists have free song files available that you can link to.

2. Copy the valid source URL for the song by pressing "CTRL+C" on your keyboard or highlighting the URL, right-clicking, and choosing "Copy" from the menu. The source URL for the song can be found in the address bar of your Internet browser when you open the link for the song on the Web page.

3. Type the following code <bgsound src="URL HERE" loop="-1"> into Notepad or some other text application. Paste the source URL for the song in the place where the words "URL HERE" appear. You can paste the URL by pressing "CTRL+V" on your keyboard or right-clicking and choosing "Paste" from the menu.

4. Log into your MySpace account and go to "Edit Photos." Open the album that you wish to add music to by clicking on the appropriate photo.

5. Copy or cut the code and paste it in the "Picture Caption" section found directly under your picture. It does not matter which photo you add the code to as the song will play for the entire page. You cannot enter multiple codes for different pictures on the same page; only one song will play.
