Instructions

      Find a pull-up bar that you can grab while still having you feet firmly on the ground.

      while grabbing the pull-up bar with your hands shoulder width apart jump up so that your head is above your hands and the bar.

      slowly lower yourself in a controlled manner. until your arms are almost fully extended. i wont give you a specific number of seconds that this should take. just remember that the slower you do it the harder it will be.

      repeat this until you can no longer descend in a controlled manner. take a brake and do it again, I recommend doing three sets. Remember these wont help you do pull-ups overnight but they will defiantly set you on the right path.

Tips & Warnings

  • keep at it! Roam wasn't built in a day and neither will your amazing pull-up skills!

  • lowering your body fat percentage will help you improve at this exercise.

  • do this exercise every other day, your back muscles need time to recover.

  • don't get discouraged if you cant do a lot at first.(lord knows i couldn't)
