    Next, open a browser and visit legalzoom.com (also in the reference section of this article). On the home page, there is an education section. You can click here and then click on the type of document you are needing. It will tell you what information you need to proceed.

    Finally, gather all of your information together for the document. Go to the home page and click on the document you are preparing. After clicking on the get started button, follow the directions as they come up. It's very easy, and you can check everything for finalizing.
