Step 1
Gather the ingredients:
1 egg
1-14 ounce can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
1 envelope Knox Unflavored Gelatin
2 tablespoons water
1-16 ounce can pumpkin, about 2 cups
1 Keebler Ready-Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust
medium bowl
medium saucepan
whipped cream
mixer or whip -
Step 2
In BowlIn a medium bowl, beat the egg; beat in sweetened condensed milk and all the spices.

Gelatin in SaucepanIn a medium size saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin over the water, let set for 1 minute. Then over low heat, stir until gelatin is dissolved.

Step 4
Add PumpkinAdd the sweetened condensed milk mixture to the gelatin, stir constantly!!, until mixture starts to thicken. This should take about 8 or 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat and add pumpkin. Blend well. -
Step 5
Pour into CrustPour into the pie crust. Chill for 4 hours before serving.

Step 6
Piece of No-Bake Pumpkin PieGarnish with whipped cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
