Get A Great Tan With Less Sun Exsposure

If you are a sun worshiper you know that with great tan comes the risk of skin cancer, sunburn and aged skin, though spending time in the sun to get a great looking tan is not a bad thing you can actually get the same great looking tan spending less time in the sun.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    SPRAY TAN

This is an option that a lot of people are going for that are conscious about the affects of the sun damaging their skin. A lot of bodybuilders have been using this method to artificially darken their skin in short amount of time for years. Generally you would set up an appointment with a licensed technician at a local tanning salon and they would go through a quick evaluation before you would have the product applied to your skin.

  2. Step 2

    SELF-BRONZING LOTION

There are a ton of self-bronzing lotions and crèmes out there. I've found that Neutrogena makes a sheer body tint that works great if you allow it to soak in your skin over night. The trick with these crèmes and lotion is that they need to have time dye the skin before washing off.

  3. Step 3

    MILD SUN EXPOSURE

If you incorporate mild sun exposure with one of the steps above you will notice a dramatic increase in the tone and color of your skin. It's not bad to sun bathe or using a tanning bed, it's bad to tan outside or on a tanning bed all the time. A light tan with other products helps make the overall tan more realistic and even.
