    Boosts Imunne System. Just one 1/2 of a cup of mashed pumpkin can bring you enough vitamin A to last for days, 3 days to be exact, it also offers tons of iron and vitamin C!

    Seeing is believing. Pumpkin delivers enough antioxidant that reduce the risk of age relating eye problems such as site stealing degeneration and cateracts.
