Things You'll Need:
- 2 Condensed Milk
- 4 Evaporated Milk
- 12 Egg Yolks
- Flan Pan
- Larger Pan
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Table Spoons Vanilla Extract

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

While oven is preheating making the caramelized sugar by putting the sugar in a pot and adding a little water then stirring it until it becomes caramelized.

Use your caramelized sugar syrup to coat your flan pans.

Now put all your other ingredients into a bowl and mix them well. Once done poor the mixture in your flan pans.

Put flan pans into the bigger pans and add water until it goes halfway up the side of the flan pan.

Put in oven for 35 to 45 minutes. You can use a fork to tell when the flan is ready by sticking the fork into the flan, if it comes out clean then the flan is ready.

Use a knife to cut around the side of the flan so it will not stick and turn the flan pan over to put the flan on a serving dish.

Step 8
Refrigerate the flan and in a few hours you can enjoy your Filipino leche flan.
