Step 1
Purchase decorative bottles with a cork stopper. Check your local home décor stores or craft stores for decorative bottles. Stores like Target or Walmart sell decorative bottles with cork stoppers, too. Choose bottles to match the décor of your room or home.

Visit the hardware store. Select drawer pulls to serve as the decoration on your cork bottle stopper. Think about the style and the material such as glass, metal or ceramic. Choose colors matching the decorative bottle and the décor of the room. Buy several drawer pulls and return the pulls you don't use after making the bottle stoppers.

Create a channel in the cork stopper. Use the screw that comes with the drawer pull to create the channel. Remove the draw pull and use only the screw, twisting it into the center of the cork. When you can no longer twist the screw, remove it from the cork stopper.

Attach the draw pull to the cork stopper. Put the draw pull on the screw and insert it into the channel. Make sure it fits securely in the channel and does not lean in one direction. If it does, the screw needs to be turned deeper into the cork stopper.

Insert the cork stopper in the decorative bottle. Place the bottle stopper into the decorative bottles and arrange for display. Return any unused draw pulls.
