Unscrew the bolts that hold the old Glacier Bay toilet seat to the bowl with the wrench. There are usually two nuts on the bottom of the bowl, one at each side.

Lift the unscrewed old toilet seat up and away from the bowl. Set it aside.

Take the new Glacier Bay toilet seat and undo the bolts.

Set the seat on the bowl, making sure that the bolts go through the holes in the bowl. Attach the bolts at the bottom of the seat to secure it to the bowl.

Tips & Warnings
You can replace a Glacier Bay toilet seat with a different brand, but just make sure that the dimensions are the same on the seats to ensure a proper fit.
If the bolts on the old seat are rusted, squeeze some lubricant on the bolts holding the toilet seat to the bowl and allow it to penetrate for 24 hours before attempting to remove.
For rusted bolts that can't be removed, you can saw the head off the bolt using a hacksaw.
Don't hammer at bolts to loosen them. You could wind up damaging the toilet.
