How to Export Outlook Express Contacts to Blackberry
Outlook Express is an email client that allows you to send and receive messages using multiple POP3 or IMAP email accounts such as NetZero. It allows you to store as many contacts as you want on your address book. You can also export the Outlook Express contacts to your BlackBerry phone without having to type the contacts all over again. Using the BlackBerry Desktop software, synchronizing Outlook Express contacts to your phone is quick and simple.

Download and install the BlackBerry Desktop software if you do not already have it on your computer (see Resources).

Connect your BlackBerry phone to the computer using the supplied USB cable. The BlackBerry Desktop software launches automatically after it detects the BlackBerry phone.

Click "Synchronize" from the menu and click the "Synchronization" button. Select the "Address Book" check-box to sync contacts to your BlackBerry phone. Select other categories such as calender, memo pad and tasks if you want.

Click "Setup" to launch the desktop application selection window. Select "Microsoft Outlook Express" under "Available Desktop Applications." Click "Next."

Place a check on the "Synchronize organizer data" box and click "Synchronize Now." The contacts are uploaded to your BlackBerry. Click "Close" once the process is complete.
