Instructions

    • 1

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.

    • 2

Wash the pumpkin seeds in water, removing all the sticky matter. Rub your fingers over the seeds to help loosen the pumpkin residue attached to the seeds.

    • 3

Pat the pumpkin seeds dry in a paper towel or clean dish rag.

    • 4

Spray cookie sheet with non-stick vegetable spray.

    • 5

Spread the pumpkin seeds on the cookie sheet, in one layer.

    • 6

Drizzle olive oil over the seeds and stir. You want just enough oil to coat the seeds. Re-spread the seeds so that they are one layer.

    • 7

Sprinkle Lawrey's Seasoning Salt lightly over the pumpkin seeds.

    • 8

Place the cookie sheet of seeds in the oven on the center rack.

    • 9

Bake the pumpkin seeds at 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Turn the seeds every 10 minutes, using a spatula.

    • 10

Remove the pumpkin seeds from the oven when they are golden brown.

Tips & Warnings

  • Seeds can be baked at a lower temperature, such as 200 or 250 degrees Fahrenheit for slower roasting.
