How to Download MP3 Files with eSnips
eSnips is a free content sharing site that allows users to trade audio, video, documents and photo files. Each user is allotted 5 gigabytes (GB) of storage space to house his or her files. Users can upload and manage files using the on-site editor or the eSnips Uploader desktop client. All of the files can be categorized into folders (that others can access--or not) to help keep track of files if you have a lot of them. eSnips users can download files; however, it is up to the uploader to make his files downloadable. Not all eSnips files are available for download.

Actually the default settings have just been changes on the site, so now all mp3s are automatically downloadable from eSnips.
