How to Make Images Life-Size in Paint Shop Pro
Paint Shop Pro is an extremely flexible image editing program, popular with users who would like to create and edit photos and other images on a budget. If you would like to create an image suitable for a life-sized poster, Paint Shop Pro can accomplish this. Use the Resize feature in Paint Shop Pro to create enormous, life-sized images.

Launch Paint Shop Pro and open the image that you would like to resize.

Hit the "Shift" and "S" keys on the keyboard simultaneously to bring up the Resize dialog box.

Click the top-most drop-down menu and select the measurement of your choice. For example, if you know the real-life measurement of the subject of the photo in inches, choose "Inches."

Check the box at the bottom of the window labeled "Lock aspect ratio" to make sure that the height-to-width ratio of the image will remain the same after you resize it.

Click in the box next to "Height" or "Width" and enter the measurement of the subject of the photo. The other measurement will change automatically.

Click the drop-down menu next to "Resample using," and select "Smart Size." This method of resampling minimizes the distortion that occurs when an image is scaled up to a larger size.

Click "OK" to resize the image. Hit the "F12" key on the keyboard to bring up the "Save As" window, choose a file name, and save the new image.
