Things You'll Need:
- Facebook Account
- Understanding Friends
-
Step 1
Log into Facebook and scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page. Click on the “Applications” button at the left.
-
Step 2
Click “Browse More Applications.”
-
Step 3
Type “Wisk-It” (without the quotes) in the search box under “All Applications” at the top left and hit the Enter key.
-
Step 4
Click the blue “Go to Application” button beneath the Wisk-It Logo.
-
Step 5
Click on “Allow” on the next page to give Wisk-It access to your Facebook profile.
-
Step 6
Decide whether or not you want Wisk-It’s activities posted on your stream.
Click “Allow Publshing” or “Don’t Allow” depending on which you prefer. You don’t have to allow Wisk-It to publish to your profile in order to use it. -
Step 7
In the Wisk-It Application screen that pops up next, there are two options.
All the photos of you that are tagged appear in the left box. Hover over that and you’ll be able to select photos you want wiped away.
If you want to search your friends’ albums for untagged photos of you, type the name of your friend in the box to the right. -
Step 8
When you select photos, Wisk-It will send a request to your friends to remove the photos. All they have to do is install Wisk-It on their Facebook Profile and approve the request.

on 11/19/2009 I don't like that the recipient has to have Whisk-It installed to receive the message. Why can't it just send a normal message with a link to the photo(s)? Sounds like they are just trying to force more people to use their application in an underhanded way.
Other than that, sounds pretty cool.
If the friend refuses to untag you or remove the photo, then what?
