Drink water and lose weight!

Losing weight is a big money maker. Buying pills, solutions and diet plans rake in the money. One of the easiest diet plans requires no special products and no additional expenditures outside of your daily shopping. The major ingredient is simply water.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Drink two glasses of water one-half hour before you eat breakfast.

  2. Step 2

Eat a hearty breakfast. Try this recipe: Toast a piece of bread and spread peanut butter on it. Place the bread in a bowl and cover it with one serving of old-fashioned oats or steel cut oats. Add a coat of sugarless applesauce. Chop up an apple, banana or your favorite fruit. Put the fruit and a small serving of chopped nuts on to the very top on the mixture. Pour one-half cup of rice milk on the meal and eat it.

  3. Step 3

Drink two large glasses of water between breakfast and lunch.

  4. Step 4

Fix a healthy, filling meal. Consider a tasty meatless dish like zucchini spinach lasagna.

  5. Step 5

Drink water throughout the evening. If you become hungry, each a piece of fruit.

  6. Step 6

Stop eating three hours before bed. You can still drink water.
If you can remember to drink water all day and eat two solid, well-balanced meals your hunger will be small or non-existent. You can lose up to three pounds a week with this simple water diet. This diet isn't just good for weight-loss or weight control, it is good for you.
