Pimples always seem to pop up at the most inopportune time. They can wreak havoc on social plans and seem to multiply with stress. Cover up methods tend to bring more attention to the raised bumps rather than disguise them. There is a plethora of commercial products designed to treat these blemishes, but did you know you can battle pimples at home with some common household items? Save your money and effectively remove unsightly pimples with this simple technique.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 asprin tablets
  • Plastic zip lock bag
  • Spoon or meat tenderizing utencil
  • 1 tsp water
  • Cotton swab
  • Cotton ball
  1. Step 1

    Place two asprin tablets in a plastic zip lock bag.

  2. Step 2

    Use the back of a spoon or a meat tenderizer utencil to pulverize the tablets.

  3. Step 3

    Add 1 tsp of water to the plastic bag to form a paste.

  4. Step 4

    Apply a small dap of the paste to the pimple with a cotton swab.

  5. Step 5

    Allow the paste to dry on the pimple. The active ingredients in the asprin will dry up the pimple and kill the bacteria.
