Is fear motivating you and causing you to make a decision to vaccinate without really thinking it through? If so take a deep breath and review these steps. There are ways to prevent a H1N1 flu infection without using a vaccine.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Kleenex

  • Soap
  • Water
  1. Step 1

Before you run to get the H1N1 flu vaccine you should try to practice good health habits. Make sure you are eating a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. Healthy foods are a great way to help protect your body from infection.

  2. Step 2

If the fear of H1N1 is keeping you up at night that could cause some serious problems. You have to push that fear aside and get a good nights sleep! Adequate rest is necessary to keep your body healthy and to fight off infection.

Wash your hands with soap and warm water to remove germs. Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing. And always wash your hands before meals.
