Breast feeding. Plan and simple. Not only is this a great way for you to bond with your baby, but you lose weight. Your body burns 500 calories a day to produce milk. Now that's a pretty good start! -
Step 2
EASIER THAN YOU THINK
Diet is important for both you and your baby. If you are breastfeeding, your baby is eating what your eating. Start your baby off right with a well balanced meal to keep them healthy and happy! Also make sure that you are drinking enough water. At least 6 glasses a day. -
Step 3
THE HARD PART
Exercise, exercise, exercise. You have to tighten up those muscles, if you lose weight it still doesn't look great if you still have what's called the mothers apron. Just find a workout and stick to it! -
Step 4
If you stick with these three steps I am sure that you will lose weight!
