How to Remove Perspiration Stains From Whites

  • 1/2 cup baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide
  • Small bowl
  • Sponge

      Mix 1/2 cup of baking soda with about one tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide in a small bowl to form a paste. Add more hydrogen peroxide if the mixture seems too dry. You can double or triple the baking soda paste recipe if you have more stains to remove.

      Use a sponge to apply the baking soda paste to the stained areas of your white clothes. Scrub the paste into the stain and allow it to sit for about 30 minutes. Do not rinse.
