How to Make Homemade Party Favors with a Thanksgiving Theme

This homemade party favor idea is super simple and festive! If you are hosting Thanksgiving or having a party around this time of year, this party favor idea is perfect for you!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• chocolates wrapped in autumn colors
• autumn candy mix (multi colored leaves and candy corns in different colors)
• raffa string
• pieces of dried wheat or wheat colored flowers
• gift bags~ clear or an autumn color
• Autumn themed gift tags

1. 
   Fall Themed Candy

   First, pour all of your candy that you've chosen into a big bowl and mix it evenly. This way each scoop for each party favor bag will be an even mix of all of the goodies!

2. 

   Once all of your bags are filled, tie them off with raffa string as shown in the photo. You can make a bow with this type of string or you can cut the ends and fray them a bit.

3. 

   Now, slide a piece of wheat or straw flower into the knot of the bow. It will immediately remind you of a Thanksgiving harvest.

4. Last, attach the gift tag. Be creative and come up with a festive saying for the occasion if you like, or just have a name and date printed on them.

5. 

   Place all of the homemade party favor bags on a table with Thanksgiving decorations such as pumpkins, turkeys, or Autumn leaves. If you'd like to leave them by the door for your guests to take as they leave, place the party favors in rows on a bail of hay! Its a perfect look for the Thanksgiving season!
