Things You'll Need
- Goo Gone
- Clean white rag or cloth
- Soap
- Water
- Detergent (if applying to clothing)

Apply a few drops of Goo Gone to a clean, dry white rag or cloth.

Gently rub rag or cloth onto the stain and work out the greasy or gummy substance as best you can.

Allow Goo Gone to work into the stain and let it set for about two to three minutes.

Blot the area with a clean white rag or cloth.

Clean the area with soap and water, and, if using Goo Gone on clothing, launder treated clothing separately using extra detergent.

Clean the area again with water using a wet rag or cloth.

Repeat steps if necessary.

Blot treated area with dry rag or cloth to dry.

Do not use Goo Gone on very fine materials like leather, rubber, silk or suede. Use Goo Gone in a well ventilated area and avoid prolonged contact with your skin.
