How to Format a CD RW in XP

Re-writable CDs (CD-RW) have largely replaced floppy disks in modern computer systems, thanks to their ability to be written on as many as 1,000 times before they no longer function. Use the built-in CD burning capabilities of Windows XP to format a used CD-RW, erase its contents and prepare it to be written on again.
