How to Export Email in Outlook Express

Outlook Express is an email client that allows you configure multiple email accounts, such as POP3 and STMP. It is a program convenient for accessing work emails from the comfort of your home. It also allows you to export email messages from the inbox, outbox and draft folder. You can use this feature to backup all emails in your program or specific ones that are of great relevance. It is easy to export Outlook Express emails.

      Right-click an empty spot on your desktop and highlight "New." Click "Folder" to create a new Folder on your desktop. Name the newly created folder "Exported Email."

      Launch Outlook Express and click the folder (e.g., Inbox, Drafts) containing the messages you want to export.

      Select the messages you want to export from the folder you selected. Select more messages by holding "Shift" and clicking each message you want to export. To select all the messages in the folder, click Edit > Select All.

      Drag the highlighted files from the Outlook Express folder to the Exported Mail folder you created. The export is complete once all the messages are transferred to the Exported Mail folder.
