When dealing with a heart attack situation, mere seconds can make a huge difference in the chances for survival. Keep reading to learn what you can do to improve those survival chances.

  • Cayenne Tincture or
  • Cayenne Powder
  1. Step 1

    When the first signs of a heart attack appear, time becomes your enemy and you must act quickly to improve the victims chances for survival. Cayenne pepper tincture should be administered at the first signs of a heart attack. About 5 to 10 droppers full of tincture should be given by mouth.

  2. Step 2

    If cayenne tincture is not available to you, the next best thing is a spoonful of cayenne powder in a glass of warm to hot water and drink it. The capsaicin in cayenne has the ability to improve the circulation and actually energize the entire cardiovascular system.

  3. Step 3

    Either the cayenne tincture or the cayenne powder in warm water should be administered every 15 minutes or so. From the first warning signs of a heart attack, you have a window of 1 to 2 hours to seek treatment before major damage to the heart muscles can be expected.

Tips & Warnings
  • Keep some cayenne tincture on hand at all times for emergency situations.
  • Cayenne pepper capsules will work but not as well as the cayenne tincture.
