I highly recommend starting off with some good quality Protein mix. Granted you can go to Walmart and pick up some cheap stuff too. They have some really good mixes at GNC and Heath food stores that the human body absorbs and uses more efficiently.

ok now that you have some kind of protein powder, you will need some good old instant pudding. Any flavor will do. its often best to think about what flavors will match the protein mix you have.

I personally recommend using less milk than suggested so the pudding is more thick. Maybe its just me, but pudding these days seem more watery than 20 years ago. Anyways that is your call on the thickness.

Mix the milk, protein powder- about 1 or 2 scoops and pudding mix together all at the same time. let it set in the refrigerator as directed.
