How to Unlock Toadette on "Mario Kart Wii"

"Mario Kart Wii" is an arcade racing game released exclusively for the Nintendo Wii in 2008. In this game, you can select one of the many characters involved in Nintendo's Mario franchise. However, not all these characters are available by default; some characters, such as Toadette, are locked and can only become playable once you have completed the prerequisites for that character. Unlocking Toadette requires winning 1,000 online races or playing all the tracks in Time Trial Mode.

Instructions

1. Select "Nintendo WFC" from the main menu to connect to others online. Come in first place in 1,000 races in this mode to unlock Toadette.

2. Select "Single Player" for an alternate method. If you'd prefer unlocking Toadette in Time Trial Mode or do not have an Internet connection, this is your best option.

3. Select "Time Trial."

4. Select one of the tracks to play. Complete the race to add it to your list of completed tracks.

5. Play through the remaining 31 tracks in Time Trial Mode to unlock Toadette.
