Here is a little trick in making a thick protein shake that actually tastes good!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Protein drink mix Powder
  • Blender or Shaker
  • Milk
  • or Powder Milk and Water
  1. Step 1

    Start with your protein drink mix and milk follow the directions on the mix. Occasionally I will use Powdered milk and water instead of milk it still tastes fine.

  2. Step 2

    The colder that the milk is the better. You can always just add a couple ice cubes in the blender. If you are using a shaker then ice wont work that is ok too.

  3. Step 3

    The pivotal step is adding one half box (or package) of INSTANT pudding mix (per 12 oz of shake) (any flavor you want) Chocolate really enhances a chocolate flavored protein powder! Mix it in with the powder and milk.

  4. Step 4

    You should have a nice thick protein shake that is worthy of being called a SHAKE! remember the best way is to add ice in the blender or have really cold milk. ENJOY!!!

Tips & Warnings
  • USE COLD MILK
  • ONLY ADD 1/2 box of pudding to 8 - 12 oz of shake
  • INSTANT pudding only
