Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Lorex Network Camera Kit
  • Router
  • PC
  • CD Rom Drive
  1. Step 1

    Open the box an make sure nothing is missing. There should be a camera, Ethernet cable,stand, antenna, power adapter, installation CD, quick start guide and owner documentation.

  2. Step 2

    Place the CD in the drive of your PC and load the digi console.

  3. Step 3

    Set Up The Camera. Plug the Ethernet cable into the camera then into a router that's also hooked up to your PC. Don't use a hub, only a router.

  4. Step 4

    When you see the windows pop up, chose the unblock application option.

  5. Step 5

    Choose the find camera option. Be patient as it can take more than a couple minutes for the digi console to find your camera. The camera should load in your browser window.

  6. Step 6

    Type in your user name admin and password admin then click the OK button.

  7. Step 7

    Click on the direct X pop up and install the application.

  8. Step 8

    Your Lorex camera should be set up now and you should be able to see video on your monitor. View the monitor and make sure everything is working properly.
