Step 1
The first thing that you want to check is the "entertainment book". In this book, you'll find a few coupons that offer discounts at the bowling alley. If you don't have one, consider purchasing one, or borrowing one from a friend. There are thousands of deals in the book, besides bowling.

Join the eClub. If you head on over to AMF's main website, they have an eClub. Here, you can put in your e-mail, and they will send you some great offers. As long as you have an e-mail account, you can get some killer deals!

Step 3
Head to your local establishments. There are some places, at least by me that offer free bowling. Places like Wendys, and other shops have little business cards that you can take, that you can use to get a free bowling session. Ask the bowling alley for places that carry these.
