Avery offers business card template designs via their website at http://www.avery.com/avery/en_us/Templates-%26-Software/Templates/Cards/Business-Cards/_/Ns=. Each template is listed along with its compatible design numbers. Choose a template that matches the number on the front of your package of Avery business cards and click on its name to go to the download page.

Download your template, by clicking on the Download button on that page. You'll have to fill out a short contact form and choose whether or not you wish to receive future emails from Avery, in order to complete the download. Your download will start automatically, once you've submitted this form.

Once your template is downloaded, it should open automatically in Microsoft Word. If it does not, save the file to your desktop and then double click on it to open it.
-
5
Edit the text and images in Microsoft Word, making whatever changes you need. Be sure to save the file again so you don't lose your work.
-
6
Place some of your Avery business card blanks into your printer's paper tray, following the guide arrows on the page. The arrows will tell you in which direction to insert the business card blanks into the paper tray. Then, just go to Microsoft Word's "file" menu, choose "print" and you're done!
