How to Clean Plastic With Alcohol
Plastic is commonly used to make many of the products we use daily, such as eyeglasses, computers and water bottles. Plastic attracts dirt and can easily become soiled from daily use. Wipe away any loose dirt from your plastic using a soft, clean cloth.

Mix equal parts of isopropyl alcohol and distilled water.

Apply the solution directly to your soft cloth.

Wipe the plastic with the alcohol soaked soft cloth until the stain or residue is removed.

Dry the plastic with the portion of the soft cloth that is dry.

Tips & Warnings
Do not use tap or spring water to dilute the alcohol as it contains salts and can leave behind a residue.
Do not use paper towels to dry your plastic because it can scratch the surface.
If you are cleaning an electronic item, such as a computer, be sure to turn it off, or unplug it because the liquid could cause an electrical shock or a malfunction.
