1. 
   Compassion is contagious!

   Practice Compassion! If each person alive learned to practice even minor routine acts of compassion, peace will grow exponentially.

2. 
   Equity breeds harmony!

   Practice Equity! If all of us learned to be equitable and fair in our business, personal, and everyday life, peace will grow by leaps and bounds.

3. 
   Forgiveness; instead of vengeance!

   Practice Forgiveness! If we can learn how to forgive those who might offend or even cause harm, peace will grow in place of unrest.

4. 
   Grace encourages grace!

   Practice Grace! If everyone can learn how to practice grace and tolerance, peace will grow profoundly and solidly.

5. Practice Honor! If we can learn to practice honor and honesty in our everyday life and dealings with others, peace will grow astronomically.

6. Practice Justice! If everyone learns how to practice justice and equality for all, peace will grow insistently.

7. Practice Kindness! If all of us learned to practice simple acts of kindness in our everyday lives, peace will grow in powerful measure.

8. Practice Love! If we can learn to practice love and generosity toward our enemies as well as our friends, peace will grow beyond measure.

9. Practice Mercy! If we learn to practice mercy and understanding, peace will grow phenominally.

10. Practice Patience! If we can learn how to practice patience and acceptance toward our fellow man or woman, peace will grow astoundingly.

11. Practice Sincerity! If we learn to practice sincerity in our everyday interactions and relationships with others, peace will grow astonishingly.

12. Practice Truth! If we all learn how to practice truth and trustworthiness in our daily lives, peace will grow beyond imagination.

13. Practice Wisdom! If we seek and learn to practice true wisdom in all we think, say or do, peace will grow automatically.

14. Practice More! If we learn to practice more of the same kinds of traits outlined here, peace will grow perpetually!
