Step 1
Share E how with others. Tell your friends, family, and co-workers. Many people would love to write for E how but do not know about the website yet.
-
Step 2
Write a thank you letter to E how. There is a contact us link at the bottom of every page. Considering the website helps pay your bills, a simple thank you should not be considered unusual.
-
Step 3
Be involved with E how. Most all of us already know what this means. Help others out! Read, comment, rate, and join discussions and forums. I have found the hardest part about this to be actually reading all of an article rather than skimming through an article. If you would like to help someone improve their article, try sending him/her a message rather than posting a public comment to avoid any embarrassment.
-
Step 4
Step out of your comfort zone. If you only write about business, try writing about cooking. Although it may require more research for you, it will be worth it because you are learning and teaching at the same time. If you only write articles, try adding videos to E how!
-
Step 5
Find a go-to E how buddy. Sometimes writers can lose their initial inspiration that got him or her started writing in the first place. With someone you can talk to at anytime about anything, you will be able to persevere through your struggles as a writer, Also, comparing your number of views, number of articles, and payment information with someone else will keep you going strong!
-
Step 6
Do not spam. Trust me, everyone hates this and it will hurt your reputation as an E how contributor.
-
Step 7
Spread positive information about the subjects you know and love.
