Things You'll Need:
- 1 large head of
- cabbage (used only ½ of the head)
- 2 medium-sized tomatoes
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 large onion
- 4 stalks of celery
- 2 large carrots
- 2 ½ cups green beans
- 32 oz. package of beef broth (Swanson)
- 1 pkg. onion soup (Lipton)
- 4 cups of water
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1 tbsp. oregano
- 2 tbsp. garlic powder
- colander
- cutting board
- 6 qt. stock pot

Step 1
Using a colander, wash all veggies thoroughly and cut them(cabbage, tomatoes, green pepper, onions, celery and carrots) into small bitable pieces. Place all veggies in a stockpot and cover with water.

Step 2
Let the veggies cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes.

Step 3
Reduce the cooking heat and add remaining ingredients (green bean, beef broth, onion soup mix, parsley, oregano, and garlic powder). Let the soup simmer for 20 minutes.
