How to Bulk Up Quick

Bulked up!
Bulked up!

Have you been thinking about how to bulk up quick. With it becoming winter, nows the time to start hitting the weights and getting ready for summer. If your like me you sleep and walk around in a huge sweatshirt all winter so no one will see how big your getting from lifting and eating. I will explain protein intake and food intake to maximize your results.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Sweatshirt(Optional)
  • Workout Routine
  • 6 Meals A Day
  • Good Protein Brand Shake
  • Creatine(Optional)
  1. Step 1

This is were you do some research if you don't have a good workout routine. Good high protein foods meats, eggs, etc. Look up meal plans that will suit your taste. Get a good protein powder or protein bars. Creatine is an option, you can pick this up almost at any supercenter or small grocery store. There is alot of talk about creatine being bad for your health. Hey I been taking it for years and no problems on my part.

  2. Step 2

Its good to have a workout routine that you are able to stick to. As long as you can increase a little bit at a time you will be fine. Everybody has there own and own opinions. I do the on off routine. Workout one day off the next. It works good for me so my body gets a good rest. You do what works for you.

  3. Step 3

Now bulking up takes protein. Best tasting protein comes form food. I eat 6 times a day about medium sized meals. How I do it might be different from how you do it. I wake up early usually before the sun comes up and make me some hard boiled eggs. Eat around 8 of them with the yoke taken out. I'm still asleep so this goes by quick with hardly no paying attention to the taste. Next when im actually awake I eat steak eggs potatoes and cheese burros. Lunch time rolls around I eat tuna straight from can. its easy if you stain water and roll into balls and just munch them down. i also cut some veggie up and just nibble on those. Before dinner I eat as much salad as I can eat. Also with a protein bar. Dinner I usually go out to eat. I eat McDonald's burger king just whatever im craving at the time. Before bed I eat a protein bar and a baked potato or two. Usually I wake up around midnight and get the munchies so I go grab whatever I can find in my fridge or cabinets. Now I can afford all this food since I work from home. Not everybody can afford all of it or even have time to eat all of this. Im just informing you how my daily food intake is. And I never get tired of what I eat.

  4. Step 4

Protein intake is important. If you cant get enough through food you will need to drink in a shake or eat in bar. Personally I do both. When I eat my second meal I blend about 52grams into a milk shake. Just milk or water added. I also drink one along with creatine after I workout(Not before you don't want to be bloated in gym). Right before I go to bed I take a small amount about 30 grams blended into a milkshake as well.

Tips & Warnings
  • Take it slow, you don't want to do all this protein intake in one day. Might cause stomach aches
  • Don't drink protein before you lift it will cause discomfort and possibly gas
  • Lift hard Eat HARDER
