  • Knife
  • Blender
  • 1/4 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt

  1. Triple Berry Cherry Blast

      Peel one banana. Slice the banana into small segments and add to the blender.

      Add frozen berries and cherries to the blender. Add milk, and pulse several times to blend ingredients together.

      Add honey and frozen yogurt. Blend until smooth.

      Place straws in glasses. Pour smoothies into glasses. Serve immediately.

Tips & Warnings

  • You can replace milk with fat-free or soy milk for an even healthier smoothie.
