Things You'll Need:
- Stoneware bowl or cup
- Corn tortillas
- re-fried beans
- grated cheese
- shredded lettuce
- chopped tomato
- salsa
- other toppings as desired

Step 1
Take the corn tortilla and place it over the upside down stoneware or ironstone cup or bowl in the microwave.

Tortilla is microwaved.Microwave on high for 2 minutes. No grease or oil is used on the bowl or cup. The tortilla will become crunchy without the oil.

Step 3
Remove the crunchy tortilla shell from the bowl or cup right away. WARNING: The cup or bowl will be VERY HOT. Do not touch. Use a fork and oven mitts if necessary.

Step 4
Place shell on plate. Spread re-fried beans and sprinkle on grated cheese toppings. Place back in micro wave for 15-20 seconds to melt cheese.

Step 5
Add rest of your toppings. Tomatoes, lettuces, and salsa. Add any other favorites.

Step 6
Make as many as needed for a meal or a snack.
